Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to stop Zaaz (Super Zaaz Collective LLC) from accessing your social-account data and how to have the data we hold about you deleted. It covers every account you connect from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why.
1. Delete your data yourself
Sign in at app.zaaz.co, open Account settings, and choose Delete account. This deletes everything listed in section 4 without needing to contact us.
To remove one platform but keep your account, open Connections and disconnect that platform.
2. Disconnect a platform, which stops our access immediately
- Instagram: Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites → find Zaaz → Remove.
- TikTok: TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → remove Zaaz.
- YouTube: the Google security settings page.
- Any platform: your Zaaz account settings, under Connections.
Disconnecting stops our access immediately and starts the deletion described in section 5.
3. Request deletion by email
Email privacy@zaaz.co from the email address associated with your account. If you do not have a Zaaz account, include your platform @username so we can locate the data.
4. What gets deleted
In every case this includes our internal analytics copies.
- Instagram: profile basics, content metadata, performance insights, audience demographics, comments on your media including commenter identifiers, and the access token.
- TikTok: profile basics, your videos and their metadata, performance statistics, and the access token.
- YouTube: channel basics, your videos and their metadata, performance insights and audience demographics, and the access token.
- All platforms: your account connections and any stored tokens.
We may keep anonymised, de-identified statistics that cannot be linked back to you or your account.
Where our data partner Phyllo holds copies of any of the above, we instruct Phyllo to delete them within the same limits.
5. Timeline and confirmation
- Deleting your account, or asking us to delete your data: within 7 days.
- Disconnecting a single platform inside Zaaz: that platform’s data is deleted within 7 days.
- Revoking access on the platform’s own settings page: within 30 days, because we learn about it on our next scheduled check.
We acknowledge every request within a few business days and send a confirmation once deletion is complete.
